Your experiences and story are unique. I recognize the courage it takes to meet with a counselor. I am here to provide a safe and supportive environment for you or your child to explore challenges and to strengthen coping strategies. As a multi-racial woman, I provide an environment that honors the diversity, equity, and inclusivity of all.

I have +15 years of experience counseling individuals who are facing the following concerns: trauma-recovery, depression, anxiety, intimate partner violence, LGBTQ+, crime victims, parental divorce, life transitions, college adjustment, low self-esteem, Spectrum disorders, and chronic health issues.

My work is grounded in methods of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and trauma-informed therapies. We will work together to focus on you or your child’s well-being in an open and holistic way.

I love being a counselor because I want people to feel accepted, heard, and supported. I am a Fort Worth native and a TCU alum and adjunct professor. My dog, Behr, is a retired Registered Therapy Dog. He is happy to join our sessions if you would like! I provide virtual counseling however our initial appointment can be done in-person depending on your location.
