Do you often feel weighed down by life’s ups and downs affecting all aspects? Together, we will work on strategies to help you learn to manage your reactions so they don’t interfere with your behavior, attitude, mood, and relationships.

In addition, we can partner together to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful solutions.

I have been an educator for 18 years and a professional school counselor for the last nine years. I am currently a licensed professional counselor.

My experiences in schools and non-profits have allowed me to help, guide, and support those who have experienced different traumas, such as abuse, divorce/separation, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, aggression, behavior concerns, school issues, grief/loss, and others.

I am a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist with years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds.

I believe in the therapeutic power of play and see play as a child’s language with which they process life’s struggles. I have worked with clients as young as five years old, adults, and families.

I am passionate about helping people through life’s ups and downs and building the skills needed to cope with issues that may be causing problems in their lives. I plan to provide a safe environment, without judgment, and full of acceptance during client sessions. I strive to meet my clients where they are and help them meet their goals.
