I love working with children, adolescents and adults who know a better life is possible, but lack the tools, self-esteem and/or support needed to overcome old patterns and create a new way of being. The kids I support in the playroom often struggle to communicate, manage their behavior, exhibit confidence, problem solve and positively relate to others. Adolescents and adults I serve may have experienced harmful relationships, traumatic events, or notice difficulties feeling comfortable in their own skin. It would be an honor to accompany you on life's journey of ups and downs as you heal the past and work toward a brighter future.

I specialize in play therapy for ages 3-11. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. I believe people of all ages deserve a sense of freedom and agency in their treatment, so I offer clients options to work in the sand tray, make art, engage in movement or participate in play or talk therapy.

I recognize the vulnerability reaching out for help requires, and I will honor your privacy and bravery for doing so. Working alongside someone who gets how hard life can be is often a much-needed relief. Please reach out to see how I may be able to assist you or your child's growth through a variety of powerful methods.
